Albert H. Steward founded Steward Painting Service in 1975 as a house painting and exterior maintenance company. Eventually he moved the business into more commercial and industrial projects, landing jobs with many Fortune 500 companies.

Albert, along with supervisor Emil Novak, continued to build relationships as they worked side-by-side with a few close flooring contractors. In 1996, Larry Maloney joined the business, bringing with him expert knowledge of electrical and mechanical work. In 2013, Steward Industrial purchased Necon, which allowed them to further expand their employee base and integrate additional areas of maintenance expertise.

Now Steward Industrial offers industrial floor coatings, prep work and maintenance on everything from local garages and auto body shops to airplane hangars, high-rise buildings, marinas and more.

More than 40 years into business, Steward Industrial remains a family-run company where each customer receives personal attention on every product and project, no matter the size or complexity. It’s tradition, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
